Terms & Conditions
- Quoted Prices are in Thai Baht. Currency Exchange is available for major currencies (e.g. US Dollar, Euro etc.)
- Incoterms used is net FOB, Bangkok
- Shipping and insurance charges are on the buyer's account
- Our design can be exclusive as per request
- No minimum order (pieces) is required. However, the order amount should not be less than USD 200. The price may be lower if order in a large amount
Shipping & Delivery
- Manufacturing process takes about 30-45 days after the order confirmation received (with a deposit)
- Master Mould production process takes about 7-14 days depending on the designs
- Delivery takes about 2-7 days depending on the destinations, type of shipping services, and the shipping companies
Prices & Charges
- Customers must pay at least 30% deposit once the order is confirmed. The production will not be started until the deposit is received
- The minimum order should not be less than USD 200
- The payment terms are T/T before shipment or irrevocable L/C. Cash may be accepted only in major currencies (e.g. US dollar, Euro etc.). For other currencies, please contact us
- Full amount charge must be paid before shipment
- No charge for any sketch design. Extra charge may be applied for a computer design
- For the exclusive design, a reasonable low price for silver moulds and rubber moulds will be applied
- Any order cancellations made, 30% of the total charge is required (the deposit will not be refunded) unless the cancellation made due to our production errors.
Warranty
- All detected goods must be informed within 7 days after receiving the goods
- Received order is non-refundable, however, a credit amount may be applied for the next order or new pieces will be delivered to replace
